Whilst many sat at a table enjoying their Christmas meal
I was laying on my sofa thoughts encircling my mind Like a running hamster on a wheel.

Whilst many got to open their presents under the Christmas tree
I was trapped in mental anguish
Waiting for her support worker to set me free.

Whilst many had much to be grateful for
