Cant wait for september now to go back to college and complete my HND in Health and Social Care. Im looking forward to doing my research into does caring roles have negative effects on a young carers mental health. Everyone was struggling to pick their topic but mental health and young carers are the two subjects that appeal to me. Especially from a personal point of view.

Although i had a tough upbringing being a carer for my mum. I do believe that everything happened for a reason. I have learnt to accept what happened in my life, although it was tough and was in a dark place. I look back on life and see everything as a blessing, even the struggles. They made me stronger - i simply believe that my faith and determination saved me.
