Mental health themed week, March 2017
We recently held a mental health themed week, here on Matter. Karen, our Mental Health Development Coordinator for Scotland, joined us to share advice about managing things like anxiety and depression. She shared tips on how to cope with the stress of exams and interviews, as well as advice on how to work out if someone is just a bit down or anxious, or if it’s something a bit more serious that might mean they need some expert support.
